Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Drive and be part of hands on product development through profound knowledge in Flex/Action Script
• Analyzing requirements and provide a scalable solution
• Integration with other similar applications, Performance improvement methods
• Collaboration with geographically distributed teams
• Suggest Improvement in application architecture through continuous effort to meet increasing demands

Must have Skills:

• Very strong in Flex 3.0, Action script 3.0.
• Sound knowledge on Cairngorm architecture and past experience of developing Flash based applications.
• Very strong in OO design, GOF pattern
• Strong in Architecting and designing skill
• Experience developing rich client side applications.
• Project scheduling and tracking experience
• Excellent communication
• Positive attitude and commitment
• Team mentoring and successful team leading skills

Good to have skills:

• Experience with test driven development
• Configuration / deployment experience with OAS or any application servers
• Experience in Agile Scrum based projects
• Nice to have some basic knowledge of J2EE, SQL, ORACLE etc.
