Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

• Deep familiarity with Web application technologies *(e.g. XML, web services , XSLT, DHTML, Javascript). ** *
• *3 or more year’s hands-on ActionScript experience.
• 2 or more year’s hands-on Flex development experience.
• 2 or more years developing consumer-facing Web applications. *
• Expertise building *Flash-based* presentations of large-scale applications.
• Experience with Server Side programming (Java/J2EE, .NET) – Major Plus
• Should be comfortable developing UI applications Independently – Crucial
• Experience writing deployment and installation scripts for enterprise  Applications.
• Ability to thrive working in a team environment and directly with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the development of one or more Web client-side components, from specification through design, coding, debugging, and deployment.
• Work with members of the Project Management, Design and Development teams to build a coordinated feature set.
• Work closely with QE engineers to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.
• Share expertise and advise others in the application of Web.
• Write high quality, high performance Actionscript 3.0 and mxml code.
• Write complete Unit Tests for developed code.
• Participate in scoping and sizing of requirements using Agile development methods.
