Job Description:

• Should be expert in MXML & Action Script 3.
• Experience with Cairngorm framework and Experience with overall design of Flex UI components Screens and integration with existing Architecture.
• Should have good exposure of Flex Layout and Navigation, Advanced Event Handling, DataGrids, Advanced DataGrids, Menus, Item Renderers, Editors, States and Skinning.
• Experience working with Spring/Hibernate, Spring BlazeDS Integration and Flunit.
• Experience working with Restful services in Spring 3.0.
• Experience in implementing best design patterns from Cairngorm architecture to interact with backend Spring, Hibernate to pull out the data to Flex UI components.
• Should be familiar with Remote Object/HTTP Service based communication
• Experienced with Flex Charts , Maps and Data visualization APIs
• Should have good experience in Spring / BlazeDs Integration.
• Should be good with performance tuning, memory management and optimization
• Proficient in creating module based application
• Must be proficient in writing custom components
• Understanding Project requirements completely and suggest ideas for improvement and the approach to be followed.
• Experience with CSS to create components and styles for Macromedia Flex-based interfaces.
